The 15th Congress on Women’s Entrepreneurship of the Adriatic-Ionian area, organized by the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina together with the AIC Forum (Forum of Chambers of Commerce of the Adriatic-Ionian area) as part of the Mostar Economic Forum, and held during the International Economic Fair in Mostar, under the patronage of the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts and the Government of the Federation of BiH, is a consolidated initiative of the AIC Forum aimed at strengthening women’s entrepreneurship in the Adriatic-Ionian region and the European Union.
This year’s Congress is titled “THE POWER OF CONNECTION: Women entrepreneurs in times of global challenges” and is designed through four panel discussions.

- The role of chambers of commerce and support organizations in promoting women’s entrepreneurship
- Environment and initiatives for the advancement of women’s entrepreneurship
- Examples of best practices
The 2026 edition focuses on the role of institutions, chambers of commerce and economic support structures in creating favorable conditions for women-led businesses.
The Congress will explore how policy frameworks, business networks, innovation systems and cooperation mechanisms contribute to building a supportive environment for women’s entrepreneurship.
Through institutional dialogue, contributions from chamber systems and European business
networks, and the presentation of concrete business experiences, the event will highlight the importance of coordinated action at the local, national, macro-regional and European levels.
The Congress will bring together policymakers, chambers of commerce, business leaders and women entrepreneurs, offering a platform for cooperation, peer learning and networking.
