The implementation and application of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage has been in force since 2021. The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH and the Federal Ministry of Trade, recognizing the importance of regulating this activity, have completed the procedures for its implementation. Since the implementation itself until today, certain shortcomings in the application of the Law have been observed in practice. In addition to legal barriers, the real estate market in Bosnia and Herzegovina is also facing challenges related to market access and the development of new technologies and their application in this sector.
In order to update these topics, the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH and the Association of Real Estate Brokers within the Chamber, with the support of the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, are pleased to invite all professionals from the real estate sector, representatives of institutions, real estate agencies, investors and other interested parties to register for participation in the 2nd International Conference “Challenges of the Real Estate Market”, to be held on 11–12 December 2025 at Hotel Marea, Neum.
The conference is designed through three thematic panels, workshops and a discussion on the current topic of insurance in the real estate market.
The conference participants are eminent regional and domestic experts in this field, as well as representatives of the government sector. We invite all interested parties to register for the conference and contribute to the quality of the conference itself with their discussions, ideas and questions.
Following the extremely successful first conference, this year’s edition brings an even richer program, expert speakers, current analyses and thematic panels reflecting the key challenges and trends of the real estate market in BiH and the region.

- For participants from BiH: 150 KM
- For two or more participants from the same company/institution: 100 KM per participant
- For companies, members of the Association of Real Estate Brokers within the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH: free of charge, and if there are more participants from the same agency that is a member of the Association, the price for each additional participant is 90 KM.
Participants from outside BiH:
- For participants from outside BiH: 75 euros
- For two or more participants from the same company/institution: 50 euros per participant
