DIGITAL SME Alliance invites small and medium-sized enterprises to apply for awards

The Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the EU has received an invitation from the European DIGITAL SME Alliance, which invites small and medium-sized enterprises to apply for the DIGITAL SME awards that will recognize solutions and initiatives that have a positive impact on three main areas, namely:

⇒ Digital Skills Category https://www.digitalsme.eu/skills-award/
: recognizes outstanding projects, stories and initiatives that promote digital skills in Europe. Some examples include education and training in digital skills, digital and media literacy, and upskilling and reskilling of the workforce.

⇒ Green Category https://www.digitalsme.eu/green-award/ : recognizes digital small and medium-sized enterprises that provide digital solutions with a positive impact on the climate, supporting the twin transition. Examples of successful solutions include smart energy management systems, smart mobility solutions and precision agriculture solutions.

⇒ Digital Society Category https://www.digitalsme.eu/society-award/
: highlights the power of digital in promoting social well-being and inclusiveness, recognizing small and medium-sized enterprises that have achieved a positive social impact through their digital solutions. Examples of such impact include promoting gender equality within the workforce, ethical data practices, local and/or regional development and community empowerment.

The call is open to all European enterprises, not necessarily from EU member states.

The application deadline is 29 October 2023.

All submitted digital solutions will be presented in an exclusive digital catalog. The jury will select the most influential works that will get the opportunity to join the DIGITAL SME Summit, which will be held on 13 November 2023 in Brussels, and join the award ceremony.

Travel and accommodation costs will be borne by DIGITAL SME.

Awarded enterprises will receive a one-year membership in the Club of European Digital Innovators – which will provide access to exclusive financing and networking opportunities.
