Since September 2023, with the amendment of the VAT Law, donated food nearing its expiry date in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been exempt from tax. This significant legal change is the result of the initiative “No one hungry. No one alone.” which aims to direct surplus food to those who need it most. However, practice has shown that, despite the amendment to the law, donations are still not at the expected level. In line with this, on 17 October 2024, the Food Donation Register – Nikogladan.ba – was launched.
We invite you to register your company in the Donation Register No one hungry.

Your feedback is extremely important so that we can further develop the Register and adapt it to the needs of intermediaries in food donation and donors.
The primary purpose of the Register is to simplify every step in the donation chain.
For registration, please follow the provided link that will take you to the Register’s homepage. In the upper right corner, select the “Registration” option and enter the required information about your company. Register as a donor, since public kitchens and organizations are considered intermediaries. Pay attention to the fields marked with an asterisk (*), as they are mandatory. When uploading the logo, use the JPG file format.
After successful registration, a confirmation of submission will appear on the page with the following message in blue: “Your application has been successfully sent. Expect more information by e-mail soon.” Upon receiving the verification e-mail, you will be able to log in to the Register using the e-mail address and password set during registration.
