At the organization of the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of BiH, ITA – the Italian Trade Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies, and the Italian Embassy, with the support of the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, on 09 April 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Mostar 2025 International Economic Fair in Hall 3, Pavilion 1, the IV MOSTAR ECONOMIC FORUM begins with the International Conference – “CONNECTED REGION”.
The conference is designed in three thematic panels:
“CONNECTED REGION – Challenges and Opportunities”,
“CONNECTED REGION – Economic Dialogue between BiH and Italy: Examples and Opportunities”, and “CONNECTED REGION – EUSAIR Projects”.
To what extent have the goals of the EUSAIR strategy been fulfilled so far? How strong is cooperation between the member states of the Adriatic-Ionian region? What is the current state of economic cooperation between Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina? What are the opportunities for investment and cooperation of Italian companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina? What are the challenges of Balkan companies regarding access to finance and the requirements of sustainable business? What is the business environment in the Balkan countries, as seen by Italian companies?
On these and other current topics of the European and regional economy, the European integration challenges facing Bosnia and Herzegovina, and cross-border cooperation projects in the Adriatic-Ionian macro-region, eminent experts, managers and policy makers will speak.
The IV MOSTAR ECONOMIC FORUM will be officially opened by Academician Prof. Dr. Dragan Čović – Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
